He showed up promptly and got right to work. We thought it was only one piece of sub floor that was loose. He was very thorough and checked the flooring in the entire room. There were several areas where the nails had backed out, the flooring needed to be screwed down and the nails hammered back down. He relaid the carpeting and did a beautiful job. The runners are usually taken to our garage, laid out, cleaned and then placed in the house to dry in about an hour to the touch. Our larger rug is cleaned in place (Joe and assistant moves our dining table ) and again in about an hour it is dry (damp to the touch, not wet). We have used Dry Master for a few years now and are very happy with the results. Him coming to the house is a real bonus for us. Also, Joe and his assistant are prompt and will call when they are delayed (not often) for some reason or other. Nice."
