"Wells was awesome - when I explained the issue over the phone, the woman was so nice and worked very hard to get someone out as soon as they could (I think it was the owner's wife?). I really appreciated the info she gave me and the extra effort she put into getting someone out to me quickly. Once the crew got here, they found the problem fast, which was a clog due to the outlet pipe being too long and coming up too close to a concrete wall in the tank. It was a quick fix to shorten the pipe and get rid of the clog, and I haven't had a problem since."

"The technician was very capable and had everything working again in about 40 minutes. He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

"This company is wonderful. They provided a complimentary service visit to see if our drain pipe was working properly. We noticed some water collecting near the pipe after a heavy rain. Lamar was kind, prompt & honest. He flushed our drain with our garden hose and it turned out the blockage was excess leaves. He suggested their service that has a camera attached to see how the pipe looked (overall) and to see if there was any more blockage. But considering our garden hose was able to remove the blockage we have opted to wait and he agreed that was a safe bet. We appreciate honesty & integrity."

"I do not currently have any photos, but I did hire this company to come out and fix my bathtub drain. The price was very reasonable and the job was done completely. My drain is now fully clear of any clogs and it’s draining faster that it ever has, the mess from the clog was also cleaned up by the plumber and I had no cleanup afterwards, which I was very impressed with and grateful for. "Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"

"I thought I only had a clogged sink ( lesson learned: never put put sauerkraut in a garbage disposal.) The plumber Holden cleaned it, but there was another clog still. Holden detected there was a issue behind the wall. He requested another plumber with more years on the job (Chase) to confirm before I ran into expenses. Chase came out did a thorough review, then walked me through what he thought was going on - that there was decay and likely heavy rusting behind the wall. These pictures show you some of what he ended up finding. Long story short the pipes behind the wall were in bad shape. Thank God for their help otherwise this would have created even bigger problems when they started to leak. Honestly I didn't want /expect to spend money in December on plumbing (no offense to Apex), but major flooding would have cost so much more in the end. I highly recommend them."
