"The men arrived as scheduled and the fence was complete before lunch! Professional and meticulous in their work. My husband and I are delighted with the results. That night, our neighbor hit the first panel in entering his driveway damaging one or two of the slats. JC Fence not only came back to repair, but didn't charge for the damage. We would hire again."

"The overall experience was good. There were definite ups and downs about the project but in the end the company stayed true to their word. The original estimates were very kind and overly willing to give us all the history of Statewide, including their 30 years in business and highly trained foremen. I actually missed our first appointment, but they were kind enough to reschedule with me. The men were on-time and measured the fence quickly. My husband and I had to point out an error on their dimension, which caused them to remeasure a small piece of fence. It was a done deal when the wrote up the estimate $3000 less expensive than the two others that had come our way. However, the issues began there. Had I better understood what I was looking at I would have realized that although the "blue print" had the accurate footage, there arrangement there of was off due to that extra footage that they went back to measure. I was told about 4-6 weeks out, and the project started at 6 week and 1 day out which I was fine with me. I thought that was pretty spot on. A week before the job, I received a phone call about my double wide gate. The gentleman full explained that the measurements were not sustainable for the weight, and that they were going to make some adjustments, which translated to upgrades, at no additional cost to us. When the men arrived they were pleasant and eager to start. They were very knowledgeable in their trade and clearly hard workers. They started immediate. We took a look at the "blue prints" and we spoke VERY clearly about my expectations. Including a 3' gate and a small piece of fence that attached to the back of the garage enclosing the yard. When I returned home I found that the piece enclosing the garage was not complete. Strange because we talked dimension, lining it up with the new pole, breaking the concrete etc. When I called the office Raphael gave me quite the run around and ended the conversation with "Well Ma'am that is why we give you that estimate. You should not sign that if it's not correct." Well, Raphael, I do not debate that, however, YOU are the experts, I AM NOT. I expect that when I ask you to re-measure something like a gate, or small section of fence attaching to the garage, that you are going to do so appropriately. After all this I actually had to do the math for them and point out that 34ft (total length) divided by 8ft(per section) is infact 4.25 sections. Approximately the .25' that was included in the overall footage to include my dinky section between the fence and the garage. I am a working mother and my biggest concern was not if you drew a one inch line on you blueprint from the fence to the garage. I feel as if I was talked down to, as if I was below him. Regardless this ordeal cost me time out of work, and energies not well spent. When the project was completed I found that my 3' gate was made in such away that you could LITERALLY not open it from the outside. The handle was badly installed leaving less than and inch of finger space to lift the latch. Also there was an ugly broken picket on the front facing gate. Raphael was overly happy to have these issues fixed, and they did fix them within 72hours. The final product is incredible. The work is well done and with craftsmanship. I would recommend them and use them again. The price and the value matched and that was worth the money. I just hope that this experience does not get forgotten and that it helps the improve customer service and the initial estimate process because they really have something special here."

"Bruce and his team were courteous, punctual, on-time and on budget. These are rare combinations to find in any company much less a general contractor. I would highly recommend KBA Contracting to anyone considering a project in their home or business. Fantastic company to work with! <br />"

"AEP (Arthur) came to my house and within two days his guys did EVERYTHING above and beyond what they were paid to do.  His guys was respectful, punctual and did an OUTSTANDING job.  Roughly 4 years ago I had a fence put in my LM Fencing (they did a terrible job) Arthur and crew came in and installed a 350 ft run that is as perfect as humanly possible.  I WILL use them again for the remainder of my yard.  Arthur, thank you, I could not be happier. <br />"

"Great! This company is professional, easy to work with, and offers a great value for the service. I did the leg work and compared them and their pricing with that of several dumpster companies and will continue to use the BullBag. Their pricing always blows the dumpsters away - BullBag doesn't charge by how much it weighs like a dumpster does AND I get to keep my BullBag. I don't have to wait for a dumpster to be delivered either."

"I had architectural plans already.  I asked for a bid.  He came quickly and let me know the bid would be ready in a couple of weeks. However, then the head of East Side had a family crisis so he couldn't get me the bid on time. I really wanted to work with them because I was so impressed with their reviews and professionalism, so I asked him just to do a bid for one room of the house so I could get a feeling for their prices.  The winning bid would get the whole house remodel.  <br /> I didn't hear back for quite a while.  After emailing and calling repeatedly for three months, I finally got the bid. I had expected it to be higher than others because of this team's exceptionally high quality and reputed speediness on the actual job. However it was double - that's 100% higher - than the other two bids I'd gotten.  <br /> I don't know if that's because he really didn't want the job because he was too busy or if their prices are really nosebleed compared to competitors.  <br /> In the end I gave the job to another firm who are doing a fine job so far with it.  <br />"

"Keith (the owner) came within a few days of my calling him in mid-June, to look at the situation and hear what I wanted done. I received the quote by mail a day or two later. It seemed reasonable to us: $660. <br /> <br /> Two things about what I wanted were a little unusual: <br /> !) I wanted to have something like 1and quot; or 1 and 1/2-inch mesh (green-vinyl-coated), a size similar to what had been used before, rather than the normal 2and quot; mesh. <br /> 2) I wanted to have our 2 bent posts (and nearby railing) straightened. <br /> <br /> Keith said that he thought that he could find the small-mesh green-vinyl-coated fabric, but that it would cost a little more than the 2and quot;- mesh fabric, because more metal and vinyl are required for each square-foot of the small-mesh than the large-mesh. <br /> <br /> I was <strong>overjoyed</strong> to hear him say that he could straighten the bent posts! I had tried, for perhaps 20 years, to find someone willing and able to staighten the cast-aluminum posts of our Anchor Fence. ( The company has been out of business at least that long, so that no new posts are available. However, I love the non-deteriorating posts and rails of the Anchor Fence, and did not want to replace then (or those on our side and back fences.) <br /> <br /> It did take Keith a while to find some place to buy the small quantity of small-mesh green-vinyl-coated chain-link fabric that I wanted. But, on Aug. 29, the day after a hurricane gave us a glancing blow, two of his men came by to do the work for us. <br /> <br /> Keith had obtained 1-1/2and quot; mesh! ! Also, we were given the choice of green-vinyl-coated ties, matching the mesh, or aluminum ties, matching the railing and posts. I chose the aluminum ties. By about lunch time, the men had replaced our rusty mesh, including that on the driveway gates, and had <strong>perfectly</strong> straisightened the fence! It looked <strong>beautiful</strong>! <br /> <br /> The old, rusty mesh, the old, clipped ties, AND tall grass and weeds that the men had pulled from the fence-line were hauled away."
