Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Last week, I had Stay Dry come out because I had water draining into my basement. A man came out and told me I needed to replace my drainage pipelines outside for almost $3000.00. My son was here and told me to get a second opinion. That's when I called Rogers Basement. I spoke with a gentleman named Paul who asked me how they knew my pipelines were the problem. I told them Stay Dry just said they were. He told me there is no way without using a camera or something to look below to see if that was the problem. He recommended Drain Busters. He said they were honest and professional. Drain Busters came out and used the camera and found my pipelines to have nothing wrong with them. He said there were some leaves possible blocking the flow and removed them. He tightened two of my downspouts to make sure they were working correctly. He said your pipelines are fine and do not need replaced. I called Paul to thank him for being so honest and guiding me to another honest company to help me. I am so grateful I called Rogers Basement and talked to Paul. It was nice working with him. If I ever need basement work, I will definitely be calling Rogers Basement and hopefully get to talk to Paul!"

"All the above jobs at different schedules were done very well. Tim continues to demonstrate quality job on all my projects. The first time that I encountered Tim was when he installed a new boiler at our rental property. The job was done right; did a clean job in installing; tested all the steam registers in all the apartment units to make sure that they were all working right and tested the boiler to be working right. I was then very impressed with his first job for me. From there on, I asked for him specifically in doing my other projects. This is because I feel that I can trust him to deliver a quality job for me any time. He has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable because he is able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The checks and maintenance of two additional gas furnaces went very well. The check and maintenance of an AC unit went very well, too. Tim recommended to replace a defective contact sensor. "Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

"Mr. Skaggs suggested using the jet and camera to locate pipe and problem... although a minimal extra fee  money well spent.. pipe and problem not even close to where it was believed to be... this suggestion by him saved me well over 2 grand... <br />  dug up old clay sewer line and replaced it with new pvc .. he also suggested 2 cleanouts for any situation that might come up in future(great idea)  I live in a hilly wooded area with lots of tree's and roots.  Backfilled the dug up section and cleaned up area..  Mr Skaggs was very professional and knowlegable... prompt and on time... price was well below others checked some of that due to his suggestion of using camera...  no others even mentioned this and just wanted to start digging where we thought it might be...
