They were coming from the attic hatch, through the light fixtures, it was a nightmare! After several failed attempts through Terminix to find the issue, their lack of concern for the severity of this issue and them ensuring us there was no hive and we just had to “give it time” for the spray to work, we had enough. Weeks of “giving it time” had come and gone and we still actively saw bees in my baby’s room. I contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control and they had a technician out that Monday morning (on time). In less than 5 minutes after explaining the issue, John the technician found a hive in our attic. Not only was he informative, but he was personable and made us feel comfortable since he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and EXACTLY how to take care of it. In under 30 minutes, he had removed the hive and treated the affected area appropriately. I wish I had contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control in the first place! I cannot rate them high enough for the service they provided, and how they accommodated my freak out. I can’t thank them enough!"

While he cannot do the service of removing squirrels in my basement and chimney, he was very helpful to provide advice on how I might be able to do it myself and save money. He gave me tips on trapping it and also offered to recommend someone that might be able to help me if I am not able to get the squirrel out myself. in addition, he also offered tips on how I might rid my basement of spiders. "I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. "Sales process was seamless and professional. Multiple follow-ups were courteous. Free Gutter Cleaning offered to close the deal. Extra $100 off from ValPak coupon included in proposal. Price was competitively lower than other vendors, but the some of the difference made up in extra charges for flashing added at time of install. This was stated ahead of time in the contract as a potential extra, but other vendors just include the flashing as standard. If you have roof heating cables in place that you want put back correctly after installation, either supervise directly or do it yourself post installation. I’ll have to redo our heating cables as they weren’t repositioned correctly. The install crew was pleasant and finished cleanup by 3:30pm and vanished without a word. They only missed a few scraps of aluminum which our dog promptly found so definitely do a secondary cleanup after they leave."
