"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

"John Sauer did a great job following up with me, after the job was done, to see if there was anything they could have done better. There were some plants that had broken branches, and some of the low voltage landscape lights that were broken off by falling shingles. So I just want to recommend that people be prepared to personally remove anything below the roof that might be damaged by the falling (old) shingles. (potted plants, bird baths, holiday decorations, landscape lights, patio furniture, etc.). Otherwise they did a great job replacing a 3100+ SF roof,and finished the job in just 3 days."
