He explained what the issue was; called for the parts and gave me the quote and scheduled to come back the next day after getting the parts. While he was at the house I mentioned another issue that I had for awhile which no one could tell me the problem. He wanted to check it out. He thought he knew what the issue was and when he came back the next day solved that problem also. YAY!! He also gave me a tip that my drain assemblies were under warranty.
