"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water. Milltown was able to hook up a temporary hot water tank so my family had access to heated water for showering, dishes, etc. Everyone I spoke to were genuinely concerned and could not have been more professional in their workmanship, cleanliness, and finished product. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased.
