Because this was my first time hiring a contractor I had many questions. Even in the aftermath of hurricane Irma, Jake was able to answer all my questions and promptly return every one of my calls. He even made a courtesy call during the repairs. Out of the 3 quotes I received from contractors, T and J was the most detailed and reasonable. They sent David out to do the repairs.
