"They did a pretty good job. He was thorough, but he made a couple of mistakes. There was a technical part of the job where you don't sweep the chimney. You don't put the cleaner in, it will be more hurtful to put the cleaner in, then to start it up and let the black stuff go out. The smoke go out. I let him start it. He was right on time. He was responsive. He started it up and the light was in the thing that was connected in the wall. The flames were in the lamp he had in there. A mechanic lamp. I had somebody plus my mom that is a 100 years old. Nothing happened. By the time we got talking to each other, I bought a fire extinguisher. Safety prep. It was a good price by the way. They certified the chimney."
