"Oct 2023 Sean and the team worked very hard and tirelessly to repair/ replace 40 ft of the main water line. The owner Ryan came to help the team install the full 40ft length. At the end of each day other teams in the area came to assist with this huge project. The water company shut down my water Monday pm and MyGuys started Tuesday morning. At the end of the project Ryan came and made sure all faucets were adjusted and operating perfectly. I had no idea how many water line breaks there were. He answered my questions patiently and professionally and responded to my phone calls and texts immediately. The staff (Gina was especially helpful the day of the install) in the office displayed the same professionalism and again, responded immediately to questions or concerns. The crew that arrived for the installation, (Fred and several men named Mike) were right on time and explained exactly what they were doing and how it may impact me as I was home for the entire day. They were also extremely professional and very pleasant to be around all day.
