"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Ryan was super knowledgeable and he was one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Rhonda, who helped me set up the appointment was also very nice and gave top notch customer service. I am going to call right now and set up a continued service schedule. The first company I called wanted to come and give a quote. I want the pests gone NOW was my thought. My second company was Bug Defender and I am so glad I went with them."

"First visit was acceptable. Need to see future applications to observe the bugs control."

"We had our initial treatment and the two exterminators were right on time, thorough, and friendly.  So far I'm pleased with the service.

"On time for inspection and on time for treatment. Explained the job to be done thoroughly and provided information on the chemicals to be used. Courteous and efficient. We are very pleased."

"Great value and knowledge. Used them for preventative pest maintenance, termite protection, and house insulation"

"A little pricey. Very friendly. Too soon to tell if pest control is effective."

"Very informative. Rusty took his time and walked me through the entire process, made great recommendations for repairs, and even gave a few contractor referrals. I'll be hiring him again on my next inspection. The information he provided was well worth the price."

"There was a misccomunication between the person who came to our home and one of the employees who nneeded to come to our home to spray. The manager himslef callled and explained their error and that we would not have any additional charges. I was very happy that the manager took the time to understand the problem and to call us and explain everything,"
