"I worked with Jessica, Jacob, Paul and others from Critter Control over the course of a project to eradicate rats from our crawl space, clean up the damage they'd caused and seal up entry points around the house to prevent future infestations. Everyone I dealt with, both over the phone and in person, was pleasant and professional and eager to resolve the situation. All scheduled activities occurred on time as promised, and a couple of unavoidable weather-related postponements were handled adeptly and quickly rescheduled. Critter Control has a great customer-focused system that allows them to document their work on each visit with photographs as necessary, and email a report to the customer right from the driveway before they leave the work site. It makes for excellent accountability and makes the progress nicely visible to the customer. I appreciate all the hard work and the attention to detail."

"Reed really knew his stuff, did an outstanding job, was competitive in pricing (nobody was cheaper), showed up on time, and was incredibly thorough. Best service we've ever had for pest control!"

"Quick, friendly, and professional. Scheduled a visit promptly, and during the visit quickly found the problem (critter access in the attic). He offered a reasonable rate to close the access point and didn't take long to complete the work."

"Jessica picked up right away and quickly scheduled a pest control visit to my home."

"Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived on time. The bees nesting in the siding of our house are now gone, which is a big relief. He also noticed we had an issue with Box Elder bugs. He suggested routine quarterly pest management control which I gladly accepted for a great affordable price. I have received estimates in the past from large "Big Box" exterminators and they are far too expensive. Thank you Josh"

"Owner Tim personally handled our problem from start to finish, and wonderfully so. His commitment to excellence and integrity is among the best we've ever seen! Very experienced. Very honest. Very thorough. Very kind! He not only takes care of the issue but proactively follows up in person regularly to make certain that the issue is not only completely resolved but also that the structure is adequately secure so that it will not happen again. Arrives spot on time, every time. I cannot imagine hiring anyone else to handle our pest control needs. Thanks, Tim!"

"I tried to buy one from them but they said I was out of the area so Angie’s List refunded the money that I have paid. They’ve been effective. I guess that part is good. I don’t know much about pest control. The people were cordial and they return calls fairly quickly. In that regard, they’re doing well. They are a little bit higher than other companies but they are nicer to work with."

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.
