"This review is for Brady and his helper who arrived promptly and immediately began working to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The issue I had seemed small to the untrained eye, but Brady immediately noticed the previous owners of my house I just recently purchased had been dumping grease for years. The issue was not in my sink or P Trap lines but rather in the lines in my basement. Brady and his partner diagnosed it quickly and efficiently and had to cut out a lot of pipes after exhausting all other options. I was very impressed how they were able to pinpoint the exact section of piping and replaced it making the sink line brand new again. Brady was extremely fair with the price and walked me through all options prior to doing any work so there was no surprises. "We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"

"The team at pipe works is totally focused on customer satisfaction. I called pipe works and I believe lisa or heather picked up the phone. I informed them about my toilet was clogged. She expressed compassion and empathy. She said I have to locate a service technician. She called back within 2 minutes. She asked is this an emergency? I said we can wait until the next day. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!"
