"I called Doug for an estimate and he got back to me quickly by text.  He took at look at my property and gave me a bid for the job.  I also had other bids for the job but I was impressed with the fact that he had all of the steps included in the bid that we knew should be included in this concrete repair job.  Doug and his crew arrived on the job as scheduled and the job was completed on schedule.  I was impressed by the knowledge of Doug and his crew about concrete, thickness, cure time, etc. - all of them knew what they were doing, that was obvious.  I went with an aggregate finish and it looks great.  Doug even added a step at my back door for me with the left over cement.  I would definitely hire them again for concrete pouring needs.

"Excellent! They explained why I could not get grass to grow well in my backyard: once they excavated, the soil contained lots of compact clay and rock, causing seeds to drown from watering. Once we locked in a date, they knocked it out relatively quickly, and gave me instructions on how to maintain the artificial grass going forward. They are very professional, friendly, and did top-quality work. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"
