"<p>Jared was very helpful, listened to what I needed, made good suggestions including several that saved me money and built a really nice access door.  He asked multiple times through the project about various options and followed my direction in keeping the work and cost down.  Most importantly, there was another area of sheathing with a small amount of rot - I asked him if he would replace it all - and he suggested using some scrap from the access door to replace the quite small rotted section and told me I would be wasting my money to replace all the sheathing.  Can't be anything but happy about a nice guy, competent, listens to what the owner wants, and saves the owner money even at the cost of turning down more work.  I'd hire him again without any reservation.</p> <br />"

"I needed a deck railing replacement and decided to contact Rescom. I was impressed with each of the Rescom/Master Deck's employees I worked with. First was Patrick Rasmussen, the Sales Rep who helped me pick out my new railing by showing me so many choices. Following Patrick I was contacted by Quinn MacWatter, the Project manager who confirmed my job's parameters. When the deck parts arrived I was contacted by Kyle who was able to schedule my job within a day. On March 29th Collin & Eric arrived at 8 AM to begin the removal of the old railing and they began the replacement Monday, April 1st. Collin & Eric were joined periodically by other employees and the railing was totally completed by the afternoon of April 4th. I was then put in contact with Jet Garcia who helped me manage the final financial details. I am very pleased with my new deck railing."

"Lynne came out and took measurements. I gave her a list of our homeowner's association requirements for fencing and explained the modifications that I needed. She made some helpful suggestions for fencing close to a small tree that we did not want to move. I received a full bid from her via e-mail 2 days later. I gave her a call an she had me on her schedule for the following week. The workers who came out to put in the posts were prompt and professional. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and what the timeline would be. They did a great job with the posts and cleaned up after themselves. The posts cured in the ground for 2 days and the workers were back to install the fencing, again they were prompt and professional. They kept me informed of their progress as the day went on. They were short a couple of hinges for the gate and returned the first thing in the morning to complete the gate. The finished product is great, better than I anticipated. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to use central Construction Fence and Deck again and I highly recommend this company. <br />"

"I received two bids to paint the exterior of my house and refinish the deck. Tracy's came in a little lower, and I had used Tracy's years ago when I had a house painted in Tacoma, so I was comfy going with them. However, since then, they have really grown into a significant operation, and one that really knows how to get a job done extremely well. I was kept informed all the way along, when there were questions, the terrific supervisor, Milton, asked me what I wanted to do for things I had never thought about, but were smart to consider. More than one neighbor told me how impressed they were for the care being demonstrated by the crew, for pressure washing, priming, sanding, and painting and staining. The results are wonderful."

"When I needed my very large, ancient and leaking roof deck replaced I contacted eight deck contractors to do the work.  It was a big job which most wouldn't even come out to look at.  Ultimately only three contractors chose to bid on the work.  AK Kreutzer's bidwas squarely in the middle of the other two bids.  The higher of the other two was a large regional does-everything general contractor with a full service project manager and all the bells and whistles (proposal came in a three ring binder) and the lower bid was vinyl decking company who bid along with a general contractor to do the wood work and stairs. <br /> I chose Ken Kreutzer because of the three (all quite knowledgeable) Ken really showed his expertise in this type of decking and proposed a design that eliminated the problems that had caused the demise of my old deck.  I was confident the other contractors could do the the job and they were confident in what they proposing but Ken went out of his way to explain to me, in great detail, why what he was proposing was the best way. <br /> Overall the project went smoothly.  Ken and his crew were very fastidious about keeping our yard clean of debris and Ken was good about keeping me up to date on the progress of the project.    There was a slight delay due to a supplier failing to deliver our railing in time but as the railing is all made to order I can't really fault the contractor for that, I think it's to be expected in the business. <br /> Now that I've seen how my new deck has held up to the winter I can very strongly recommend Ken.  He does excellent work and our new deck is amazing. <br />"
