"They came out when they said they would.  They inspected the septic system and found a small wiring problem with the float system and repaired it.  They left a report on our front door.  When I read the report, I noticed that the service tech described everything he did, but he failed to notate the sludge level of the tanks and he failed to notate whether or not it needed to be pumped out or not.  The sludge level was the first thing I wanted to know from the inspection but the service tech forgot to notate it.  I called them back and let them know that the sludge level was not notated on the report. They sent him back out the next day to provide a compete report including the sludge level.  They were very responsive and provided good information regarding our system. <br />"
