"THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO FIX ONLY ONE OF THREE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. APPARENTLY THIS IS DUE TO SPECIALIZATION WITHIN THE PLUMBING SERVICE BUSINESS. PRIOR TO SERVICE CALL, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE STATED THAT CLEARING DRAINS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, SO I WAS WARNED. ONE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, TWO PROBLEMS WERE NOT AND I PAID FOR TWO HOURS OF WORK."
