"Mena has been out to my house to fix my Speed Queen dryer twice. Each time my dryer was back in service with one service appointment I was able to schedule within within 2-3 days. The first time Mena took care of my dryer it was under warranty and kept running without shutting off. I was going through Speed Queen for service and the first company they sent out came 2 or 3 times and each time the problem kept happening, they were unable to diagnose and fix it. Thankfully, I was able to get them to send a second company and Mena came out. He examined my dryer, was able to see some sort of short in the dryer, happened to have the part needed for the repair on the truck, and fixed the problem correctly in that first appointment. My dryer if working fine for over two years now. The second time I had Mena come out, there were metal pieces sticking out of my dryer. He talked with me on the phone, had me send pictures and determined it was the moisture sensor. He ordered part & dryer fixed!"

Took a very long time and installing weather stripping and caulking a bath tub took 4.5 hours. A little more expensive than I was hoping for."

"If I can give him a 6 stars I would! Hector called me only after sending in the request on home advisor, just that afternoon. I called everywhere and they were all two weeks out, or 6 weeks out. Hector heard that I was waiting for installation from Home Depot who failed to tell me they do not do cooktop or wall oven installations. Hector came that afternoon and installed both. He and his son were so nice and professional. Even the wall oven was a tad too big but Hector sanded the cabinet frame so it would fit. I would definitely call him again for any appliance issues.
