He was very responsive, actually came out within 2 days of the request, took at look at what we needed, made good recommendations. The work was completed the next day! And when I noticed that one of the new heads was leaking, I sent him a text and his guy was out repairing it same day. I don't need sprinkler help much, but, next time I do, Rick is my guy. "Hired Mendoza Trimming to straighten a tree, apply mulch, replace rose bushes and trim some overgrown bushes. Had to be flexible on which day work was completed, but once that day came, he had a team of five or six workers show up and perform the work. They did FANTASTIC job. Cleared all leaves before applying new mulch, trimmed bushes to the size I asked, put roses in as I asked, took away all the debris, and the property looks great. Price was higher than I originally expected, but after seeing the crew and work, felt that I got a great value. Sorry for night photos, that's all I could take while submitting this review tonight. He and his team also installed a drain system that channeled water away from the patio and downspouts helping to keep my foundation dry. Miguel was prompt with his quotes and they accurately explained the work to be done on each occasion. All contracted work was done in a timely manner and the office staff did a great job handling updates and questions.
