Lance was the only contractor that took the time to draw a design that I could actually see what the system would look like from a coverage to coverage perspective. He answered every question that I asked, and trust me, I asked a ton of questions. He response time was unbelievable. And from the day he got on the job to do the actual installation it was precise, professional, and clean. I am very grateful for Lance honestly and work ethic. He's awesome. "Installed in ground sprinkler system for my small yard. 4 zones. Had an issue with my Rainbird WR2 sensor and they came out and fixed right away. Also had them add another sprinkler which only took 20min..no mess either. Looking to have them do more work this fall."

"Jose was EXCELLENT. I'm super happy with his timelyness and the work done. He was quick to respond to my quote request, quick to come out to check out what needed to be done and provided a very reasonable cost. He repaired a leaking pipe and reconfigured one of the sprinkler system circuits to include drip lines for my landscaping beds. He even checked in later to make sure thing were still working well!"

"Rick is awesome! I had them out to reconfigure and repair several heads in my front beds. He was very responsive, actually came out within 2 days of the request, took at look at what we needed, made good recommendations. The work was completed the next day! And when I noticed that one of the new heads was leaking, I sent him a text and his guy was out repairing it same day. I don't need sprinkler help much, but, next time I do, Rick is my guy. Highly recommend."

"Hired Mendoza Trimming to straighten a tree, apply mulch, replace rose bushes and trim some overgrown bushes. Had to be flexible on which day work was completed, but once that day came, he had a team of five or six workers show up and perform the work. They did FANTASTIC job. Cleared all leaves before applying new mulch, trimmed bushes to the size I asked, put roses in as I asked, took away all the debris, and the property looks great. Price was higher than I originally expected, but after seeing the crew and work, felt that I got a great value. Sorry for night photos, that's all I could take while submitting this review tonight. "

He and his team also installed a drain system that channeled water away from the patio and downspouts helping to keep my foundation dry. All contracted work was done in a timely manner and the office staff did a great job handling updates and questions.
