"Mr Raygozza was hired to supply labor to repair dry rot in a bathroom floor, install a new angle stop for the new toilet, install new sub floor and put down linoleum squares. He also repaired the lower bathroom. The drywall needed to be replace from water damage from the upper toilet. He installed a new vanity, sink and fixtures. He replaced the angle stops for the sink and put down linoleum squares on the floor. My 33 year old son assisted in anything Mr  Raygozza needed. Parts running, painting, cleaning etc. Mr Raygozza did an excellent job. He showed up on time, performed the task that we talked about and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. I hesitated to give him a good review, because I didn't want him to get to busy to work for me again. I have work at my residence that I will definitely be using  his services again. <br />"

"Very Happy with Steve and his professionalism. Explained each step of the process and was always available to answer my questions. We had the old shower and tub removed and all prepped for the marble folks to install the new large shower. Our flooring was removed and replaced with ceramic tile that looks awesome! He also repaired areas of the wall that we had removed due to damage and fixed it all up. The baseboards and framing were removed and are ready for the marble folks to replace matching the new shower. We had purchased a toilet and he also installed that for us too. "I telephoned and left a message asking him to call me about chimney sweeping.  I took about one day before Mr.  Austin contacted me but he immediately set an appointment for the day he called.  He arrived on time, assessed requirements and quoted a price that seemed reasonable.  He explained what he needed to do and then set right to work after moving a few items out of the way.  It took him about one hour to complete the job and remove a large  pile of cresote that he had swept from  the chimney.  He cleaned up thoroughly after completing his work and left everything in good order.  I can recommend him without reservation for chimney cleaning services. <br />"
