"Cleared my clog amazing job! Professional sercice."

"I had two systems to replace. they sent out two crews to work them in parallel. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. I believe the price that I got was competitive. Not the lowest,, but close, and they just made me feel more comfortable with the likely hood that they will be around another 20 years t service these systems, and they had the better warrantees and labor deals. One thing they do is to put all the units into pans and attach water sensors which will cut off the units if they overflow for some reason. Since the old units had a couple issues like that, I really liked that extra touch for even the basement one (the attic unit is required to have the pan.) They also have the nice drains which have the cutoff if the drains clog up. They were done in about 6 hours, including cleanup. And wow, are these new carrier units substantially quieter than the old TRANE ones. Since they are close to the master bedroom window, that is important. Wish I had changed them sooner. Wish I could add some pictures."

"Came for emergency job, knew exactly what to do in which order. Everything is clear, running well. very happy with the service"

"It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called Casco and there was a plumber at my door within the hour! Matt Dougherty spent many hours dealing with our old pipes and cleared the two blockages. He installed a new wax seal and phalange around our toilet. He cleaned up so well, it looked better than it had before we had the blockage. Matt was very professional and a very nice young man. I hope we don't have a future need for a plumber, but if we do, I will call Casco!"

"The reviews are correct. Wesley came out in the evening and worked on our clogged shower drain. He deduced that that the old drain lines needed replaced, very old house. He did not have supplies so he finished in the morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable and his price was much less that I expected. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. I will definitely use him again."
