In addition to new concrete front steps, I now have new vinyl-aluminum railing on all sides of my house, tasteful solar lights to go with that railing, new concrete walkways for the front of my house, and a box to shelter my packages from the elements. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. "I contacted Ron to come out and give me an estimate for new concrete around my new pool. His price was very reasonable for all the work that needed to be done. They removed all my old concrete, disposed of it and leveled out the remaining dirt/sand. Ron and his men were great! They were able to work around my new pool that was installed, and filled the concrete up right up next to the coping. They they were always on time, and I had no problems with them whatsoever. They had everything completely finished as was quoted on his estimate sheet. They took care not to let any newly poured concrete into the new pool that was already filled with water.
