He came out multiple times to help train our dog to the fence. Our dog has not escaped and the results are exactly what he said they would be. It is a little expensive but I am pleased with the service."

"The initial consultation was great, very prompt, courteous and knowledgable.  <br /> There was a mess-up with the scheduling of boundary installation, so that was delayed.  <br /> We purchased the lifetime warranties on the dog collars. Our dogs are old and not very active. After a year, one collar broke and the receiver had fallen off the collar in the yard and was lost. When I called, I was told that the lifetime warranty was no good in this case because I could not provide the receiver for repair. I would have to pay the $250 (one year warranty) or $350 (lifetime warranty) to have the collar replaced!  <br /> Shame on me for not reading the fine print, I guess. But for the premium price, there should be a better warranty in place. <br />"

"We are new to the area and so I decided to research vet's and animal boarding and grooming for our family. <br /> Bo our Harlequin Macaw needs special attention with clipping his wings and nails along with the super destructive beak. <br /> I started my research on june the 2nd, found this animal hospital, called and was promptly schedule for an early morning the next day. <br /> WOW.... very fast, very professional and I was given a quote and a description of service so I knew what to expect, right over the phone and that's exactly what I paid. The office was clean, easy to find and the staff was friendly and very well trained. I feel Bo is in good hands there and this will be our go to place for him. The Dr. handled Bo without ANY problem and that at times is no easy task. They clipped a bit more wing than I would have liked to and am used to ( as In ca they only clipped the outside feathers and just about half way down) but if it keeps him safe and from flying across the fence then I can live with it. The wait was about 20 min after arrival so only a B. If I had been in a hurry which you are usually not down here it may have been a drawback. Otherwise I could not be happier with the service and having found this place. BTW the Dr saw plenty of four legged friends that as well and all seemed very happy and tail waggy :-) <br /> Oh, i also was given more information about my pet in a great little binder and a sample of what i call bird fast food. <br /> Nice touch and Bo loved the yumyums...."

They did accommodate these needs. <br /> <br /> When they said they would get to it "tomorrow" on Friday, they really meant that they would get it done of Monday. This happened three times. <br /> <br /> The fence looks exactly like it was supposed to. <br /> <br /> The service is great but the customer service is lack luster. <br /> <br /> It took them ten days to send the invoice that was supposed to be sent the following day.  <br /> <br /> - they provide a military discount"
