"Very well built fence using quality materials. I was looking for a sturdy wood fence replacement and the new fence is much stronger than the original ever was. New fence has 4 foot spacing for the the 4x4 post, a 6x6 post to anchor the gate, and the pickets are secured individually (not pre-built). "When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"Perfectly is the best description.  Due to the scope of the job, it took 2 very full and long days for them to complete the job. But now my home is fully protected from hurricanes. (I also bought impact resistant garage doors, but not from this company because they don't sell them,) 
After having an in-home consultation, I went to the company's showroom/production facility, and got a tour of their headquarters.  I learned probably more than I needed, but I was about to spend a great sum of money, and wanted to check out the company in advance.  I needn't worry: their installation was flawless. 
They arrived on time, a team of 2 men, who promptly went to work setting out their materials and tools.  They were also dressed appropriately, showing respect.  I watched them install some of the accordion shutters, and saw the workmanship as they removed and then installed the new impact resistant glass at the front door and n the kitchen.  Once the job was completed, they taught me how to operate each shutter, waited patiently as I tested out each panel shutter, and we closed and then re-opened all of the accordion shutters on the house. 
As they recommended, a year after the installation, I hired them to service the shutters:  they close and re-open the accordion shutters, lubricate the moving parts, and remove and reinstall the screws in the ground to ensure they'll work properly when needed. I could have done this myself, but I preferred to leave it to the professionals. 
I have highly recommended this company to everyone who mentions hurricane protection.  They are dependable, professional, certainly cost-efficient, honest, and I would definitely hire them again if I move.
