He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is"
