"I called Heaven's Best based on the coupon in the flyer and the reports on AL.  Ryan was professional enough.  He vacuumed and scrubbed the carpet.  Granted, the berber carpet was pretty trashed by renters but I can't say it looks much better.  It looks pretty roughed up.  I was disappointed on the job done on the stairs, I may have to replace the carpet which I was trying to avoid.  And I didn't observe personally but I'm pretty sure Ryan dumped his vacuum bag in my recycling barrel????"
