Perry Brothers Construction was a breath of fresh air and exceeded our expectations. Our initial visit was with the President of the company, who made us feel confident in the services they could provide to make our dream kitchen a reality. After meeting with the Project Manager and another team member, we started the exciting process to do a full kitchen renovation and then some. Communication was never stagnant, and every question we had was answered quickly, and when a change was required, it was seamless. They brought in professionals for every phase of different work (cabinets/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). Every team member that worked the various projects within the renovation was professional, efficient, present, and personable. "So here's the thing: I'm picky. Not normal picky. OCD-level picky with psychosis-level picky layered on top. I also have very specific tastes. For instance, I prefer huge, large format tile over regular size tile. Even if that means it's three times more difficult to put up on the walls. All the way to the ceiling. With a 1/16th grout gap. Not 1/8th, 1/16th! Anyway, when I decided to undergo a major remodel of my home, I knew whichever contractor I chose would have their work cut out for them. Enter Edian and Alexis Home Remodeling. Edian is a straight talking, candid man who speaks his mind. The kind of guy who could trigger the more sensitive among us. Fortunately, that's not me. After we both got to know each other, we both realized the end result is what mattered most. The main focuses of the project were a gut remodel of the kitchen, transforming an upstairs bonus room into a bathroom, and structural work on the upstairs principal bedroom to raise the interior dormer entrance heights and reinforce the roof. It was all done with a high level of professionalism and quality, even when the inevitable surprises popped up (eg. the previous owner put down the old kitchen floor tile with plain old cement, which required days of jackhammering). Sure, Edian questioned some of my design choices ("who tiles all four walls of the kitchen?"), but in the end, the results are stunning. It took longer than either of us expected, partly because of the "surprises," partly because of my pickiness, and partly because adding a secret door in the kitchen isn't as simple as it sounds. "John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor. He also installed new pantry cabinets in our kitchen and new flooring in our basement. John is now our go to guy for all our home repair needs. He's great - can't recommend high enough!"

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Great job - great price!  Bill did a fantastic job cleaning out all the house gutters and my house is rather large, so he had to climb up to 2-3 roof areas with the highest being third story.  While on one roof, he even washed the kitchen window for me, because I couldn't access it from inside the house. Otherwise, I would have had to climb over the deck railing onto the roof to do it myself.  He made recommendations for a particularly challenging area where a downspout needs to be reworked,  He also recommended a roofer who will be providing me with an estimate this week. I never felt like he was in a hurry, even though he did have another job to go to.  He took the time to walk around the house with me and answer my questions. 
 Bill is professional, thorough and has a great personality.  I recommend hiring him."
