"I had Tin Man out to service my A/C in the spring, and they recommended that I think about replacing some parts, or the whole thing as they weren't sure it would make it through the summer. I was perhaps a little skeptical that their service tech recommended a replacement that they also sell, but I do believe it was legitimate since the unit was quite old. They did what seems to be very high quality work. They also give a comprehensive quote up front and honor it no matter what else they may have to do on the day which was very comforting. For example, they ran some new drain piping, new chimney flue, ran a new electrical outlet etc. Without any hassle whatsoever. They did the work in about 7 hours (during one day), and cleaned up very well. So far the equipment has worked great. Also, they gave us a year of preventative maintenance in addition to our warranty which was a nice extra touch."
