"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve.
