"The work was impeccable.  He took pains to be sure the ceramic tile in our kitchen and porch were properly aligned and visually pleasing, in the cut of the tile and how he edged the front porch.  He also did an excellent job installing the countertop, faucet and sink.  He cleaned as he went (VERY important to us since these projects took several days to complete), and they were thoroughly professional in attitude and the quality of their work.  We also appreciated the detailed written quote he provided prior to being hired for the job.  Another biggie:  He showed up when and where he said he would......practically unheard of in the contractor world!  He and his wife were a delight to work with, and we frequently recommend them to family and friends."

"Everything went exceptionally well.  The job was done professionally and quickly.  He and his assistant kept at it til the job was done--I don't recall their even taking a break.  This was amazing since all the work was on the second floor and they both had to make innumerable trips up and down the stairs!!  He used the best equipment for the job and gave us a very reasonable price for all the work done.  Now our storage problems are solved, and we are very happy!  I would recommend Mr. Saylor to anyone for any kind of repair, remodeling, or whatever is needed.  He is honest and friendly and has the expertise to do whatever you need done.  We are very fortunate to have found him and his company to help us out and would not consider calling anyone else to do whatever we need done!

He leaves it up to the customer to decide how much they want to spend! Our lawn, landscaping, and all outdoor features of our estate have never looked so pristine!!! "Things went great.  Provider kept in contact with me about appointment, and actually called me to see if it was alright to come early!  He did.  He was very talkative while he went about the work, and explained everything he was doing and why.  He pointed out a few things that were constructed wrong, but not something that needed to be remedied immediately.  The crew was very personable and friendly.  They were not pushy at all in discussing the roof and a few other things.  They just asked that we keep them in mind if we decided to do any other work.
