I come from Service industry so expect good service from my vendors and to be honest Mentor technician whose name was Mentor was so professional and through about his job. He spent his time patiently to overview the entire sprinkler system, water pressure in each zone, changing Nozzles wherever required. As his name suggest he really mentored me and explain basics about zones and water pressure and why our two zones were having issues. "Job went great. Tommy is a real good guy - honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The scope of the job had changed from the time of the estimate to the actual start because I had some landscaping done. Tommy rolled with it, and even though it cost more than the original quote (which I fully anticipated, as I had added more grass), he did not hold my feet to the fire. He came up with a great solution, the upcharge was fair (honestly, less than I anticipated) and so far, the coverage has been great. Lawn is looking nice. <br> <br>Tommy is still supposed to come back to finish some heads (because I had to have a tree removed and some additional yard work done). Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating. I am sure he's catching up on days lost during the start of the season. But I fully anticipate the work being completed in the same manner as the rest of the job. Aside from having the capped lines above the ground, the only evidence that they did work in the yard is the greener lawn. "After receiving subpar work and constantly not getting things right for several years such as setting the sprinklers to only 1 .5 minutes instead of 15 minutes and forgetting to turn some of my zones on, sprinkler heads constantly breaking, they decided I cant renew my contract because there is a very strict deadline to do so. I left 3 messages in the past 2 months which were also never returned. I was a good customer who bought a sprinkler system from them as well as a new pump for my well, I was also planning to have them drill a new well for me this year. Stay away from A&C not worth the headache"

"Team showed up a day before install was set for to drop off machinery and materials. The whole install crew showed up promptly on install day. The team leader walked me through the process and made sure trees were going exactly where i wanted. Install ended up taking longer than they thought and had to come back for a second day. Great care was taken to install new Arborvitaes, and as much as possible to take care of the transplants. A season later 11 out of the 12 transplants survived. <br /> My only issue was that i was unable to go with someone to the nursery to pick out the trees. I was told they had already been picked out. Other than that i was completely happy with the services provided. <br />"

"Actually it was pretty good. He came out the next day. He was able to work on the lawn. I paid an additional $200. He was pretty knowledgeable. He was able to spot right away the problem of the lawn. That was definitely a good deal. I've not been having problems the whole season. I spoke with him and discussed what they problems were and what could be done as well as the kind of things he could provide. He was prompt and he gave us the service we needed."
