NY Environmental got right back to me. I had some family functions the next day...so they somehow managed to send a tech out the same day as my call! Wasps killed, nest removed...backyard safe. Happy camper. NYE is going to call back in two weeks to make sure there is no recurrence. Thorough, professional, pleasant, fair price."

" The exterminator from Unique came twice. I paid $212.00 the first time and $190.53 the second time. It was a total WASTE of money. The way the man spoke about his product, which was a poison that the mice were supposed to eat, he gave the distinct impression that it would kill the mice I had. I still saw and heard mice after his first visit. So I had him come a second time, reasoning that two visits should do the trick. It did not. I saw a mouse a week after his second visit. When I called him to complain, he said, "Oh, the mouse was probably looking for water." BS. I have since seen at least three mice, including two babies. 4 I would never use this company again. I would not recommend them. I would even hesitate to use any exterminator in your website. NK"

I think the initial price was fairly comparable to other services, but the quality, reliability, and ease of re-contacting make us really appreciate this company."
