"The technicians who came with very polite courteous and did the job very quickly however, my scheduled appointment was from 8 AM to 12 noon. I called the 1215 they told me it was gonna be 230. I called at 2:30 and they told me between three and five they did not come till 4 o?clock and they literally spent five minutes fixing the problem. I should have been put on the schedule before all these other people you have to do a better job of scheduling the technicians don?t know who?s fault it is, but I wasted a whole day. "Zero Stars! Totally inept! Unreliable and incapable of even showing up! Showed up the first time 6 hours late and stayed 3 1/2 hours and didn't fix the problem then charged me $482 for the labor. Then promised to install a new gas fireplace at a discount and failed to show up for the appointment! Two technicians show up at the rescheduled time and they don't have the new fireplace with them. They returned to the garage to get the new unit and never returned! Called the office to be told that they couldn't do the job and suggested that I contact another company! One of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with. They should stick to cleaning chimneys! I wouldn't even trust them to do that!"
