"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.  
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
