After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Teddy Moving was the best moving experience I could’ve asked for. They showed up on time, and moved me out of my 1Bed apartment within an hour and a half. That includes wrapping up my delicate personal belongings such as my plants. They even assisted with unscrewing my stubborn TV mount that I struggled to do on my own. Talk about peace of mind! From the sales booking rep who was friendly, nice, knowledgeable when taking down our inventory, answering questions, and patient with changes and additions, to the professional crew who moved us 50 miles out-of-state, not only great pricing but excellent and reliable service. And when you are moving, especially with the challenges of dealing with COVID and scarcity of available movers due to COVID, these are three things that will make or break your move. On the day of the move, the four crew members arrived just prior to the booking time and got right to work. They all were extremely respectful, and worked as a cohesive team staging, moving items into the truck, providing extra taping or packaging, protection, padding, where needed. Then they hit the road and went straight to our address, no detours, no excuses and gave us the same great service carefully unloading our belongings into the house and garage. In record time, too! "I used this service to move all the contents from a 3 bedroom house. The guys were great. They arrived on time with a huge truck and took everything out without breaking or scratching a thing. They were really careful and the prices were pretty reasonable. The put everything exactly where I wanted them to in the new place and finished the whole job in less than 3 hours (it was about a 20 drive). Very professional movers with all the tools they needed to get the job done. I highly recommend them!"

"The Movers themselves were great. But Maxwell who scheduoed and priced my move called and asked me if I could change my appointment time from 9am to 1-3pm cause another job needed 4 trucks instead of 2. I agreed to help them out. Well that backfired on me! It turned into a rainy day with a storm coming. I had to travel from LI to NJ during rush hour with 2 cats. I left things behind because of these circumstances I have to go back now to get them from my neighbor. $25 Just in tolls! Today company told me I could not get any kind of compensation for my inconveniences. They had even lied about having a bigger job in the first place."

"Great job! The men were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They handled my "extra fragile" items with extreme care - just as I asked. I used the packing service too. They had plenty of boxes for all my belongings, and wrapped my furniture in plastic to protect it. I lived at the end of a very, very long hallway and the new apartment has a short flight of stairs. The men were upbeat and positive all day, even having to deal with that! They were experts at loading the truck so everything was secure. I'm so happy to support a local business and can totally recommend it. A couple suggestions for improvement are: a little bit more prompt reply to website inquires, and a bit more written communication or confirmation (email). Also, if you continue to offer the packing service, I'd suggest bringing bubble wrap and/or let the client know you'll be needing that kind of packing material.
