They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up after themselves and left our property just as it was when they arrived. There's a couple of reviews that said they weren't friendly and the lady in the office was rude. Well I just have to say that is not the truth. "Tom was punctual showing up for our appointment. He inspected the chimney and found the slab cracked and the flashing showing rust. He cleaned the chimney and ordered flashing seal. He came back and repaired the slab and applied the flashing seal. It was nice that he took before and after pictures so I didn't have to climb the roof. His work was exceptional quality and very pleasant to deal with."

The roof came out beautiful, the workmanship was exceptional, they cleaned up after themselves so that there were no stray nails, or shingles left behind on the lawn. I cannot say enough good things about this Company other than we won't use anyone else as long as we live in Florida. They saved me more than $5000!"

"The Merillat Roofing Team did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They came by, ripped out the old roof, replaced it, and did it all in a timely manner. This was for a secondary flat roof, not the primary one. When it comes time to replace my primary (hopefully many years from now), I will call them in again."
