"The work was done timely and seems to be correct. But when they were finished, I found out they will not accept credit cards. Then when reviewing the emailed receipt, I discovered the trip charge was $95 when the owner had told me it was $75. When I asked him about this, he said he didn't know I was so far away. Yet the very first question he asked when I called to schedule the job was where I lived. He apologized and said he would give me a $20 credit on future services. I don't think we have a future together."

I asked him to explain the discrepancy, as he told me several weeks after 8/18 that he hadn't done it yet. He never responded. In other words, he didn't do any inspection or adjustment, then lied to me about it."
