"They did a nice job painting. They were easy to schedule with and completed the job on time. I also liked that the project manager came out and did a final walk through of the job with me."

"Danny is the best painter we have ever used. His crew were all very professional, prompt and hard working. We had our whole interior painted. From ceiling, crown molding, chair rails, walls the whole house. Price was very fair for the scope of the job. Start to finish A+ for sure. "

"I wish I had before pictures so you could see the difference! We had the same thing done three years ago, and the outcome was not close to the work Tracey did. He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. The price was a bit lower than our other bid, his communication and customer service was outstanding, and we have already shared his contact information with neighbors looking for their own 'deck revival'"

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Brownsburg, IN

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
