"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. "You can always tell the integrity of a company (or person) when they want to make things right when they were not the only one at fault. I thought the technician was four hours late; however, I was the one who recorded the wrong time. The other issues I had a problem with, they repaired. While here, they were great, very respectful, and if something wasnt perfect, they called me in the and explained why it looked the way it did and what I needed to purchase to make it right. "Great experience overall! I do a lot of research before doing anything and so ask a lot of questions and take a long time deciding things. This was NEVER a problem with Leslie. She was always happy to help, left me alone to look, answer questions and give good suggestions. Once I finally decided on some countertop, I was on the list for installation. Guys who showed up to install were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the countertop had been sized incorrectly or a number transposed so the countertop had to be redone. This was not really a problem to me because the kitchen was progressing fine. However GJ insisted on giving me a discount on the re-install even though they were the ones that lost money. Thank you for that kindness! Great experience working with GJ on everything too. Once installed, my kitchen counter was and is beautiful! Perfectly matching the custom cabinets put in by Mike Sizemore, who was recommended by Counter Culture and who I also highly recommend. Overall A++ to all. In essense, I got an entire kitchen designed and installed for the price of materials and labor. Love my kitchen two years on. Ditto my bathroom!"

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there.
