I was able to cancel the Lowe?s installers from coming back out and got a refund of all my money because Frank was able to hang the hood himself! He listened to my concerns regarding the insulation of the vent and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He also saved me from having to take another day off work to get this project completed. I couldn?t be more pleased and will absolutely be calling Frank again for other projects around the house!"
