"Had leak overnight under BR sink and Chandler was 1st responder. Came out very quickly to repair/repair. Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job.
