The pre-installation visit was informative, and we were provided the paperwork to apply for a permit. All paperwork was completed. We received a call two days before the installation, and the crew showed up as promised. They were efficient, careful of our garden beds and property, and left the property quite clean. The crew manager even worked to ensure that the gate would swing unimpeded into the yard, which is not how the original worked. We expected to have to do that work ourselves. Overall, they were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job for us."

Took over where I left off on a 2 foot garden halfwall about 72 foot long with two bump arcs on the ends. Work was gorgeous when it was done. Had suggestions on safe draining which never crossed my mind at the time. Crew was on time, worked late, clean and respectful.
