"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Highly satisfied AGAIN in a second job with Mouradian (hot water heater earlier). This time was a replacement of leaking cast iron sink waste pipe imbedded in the wall/floor between two condo unit bathrooms. Eric Mouradian is very no-nonsense, fast in his estimates, and reasonable in his pricing. The plumber who did the job, Rich, was excellent: friendly, efficient, and clear about what was going on. He understood immediately that his first instinct, to open up the ceiling and wall of the downstairs bathroom should be avoided if possible, to limit wall repairs to one bathroom instead of two. And he then quickly figured out how to do it and did it. The cost was considerably less than the quote of a competitor, who misdiagnosed the problem at first, refused to put his quote in writing, and showed no interest in keeping wall damage to a minimum. No comparison."

"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"Excellent. The serviceman arrived on time, was knowledgable. He explained what he was doing. He went right to work and completed his work in an appropriate amount of time. Very pleased with their work. Already set up an appointment for the fall heater tuneup!"

"Steven showed up and was able to repair our AC after two years of multiple repair companies that could not help. Everyone else said we had to replace when Steven was able to determine that it just needed a quick repair. He was professional and so pleasant. English is not our first language but he was so patient with us. Highly recommend!"

"This is my sixth time using the service from Andrew at Local Plumbing and Heating. He is quickly available, efficient and thoughtful. He is trustworthy: I know he will take care of everything I asked for and thinking ahead for great ideas. I used his service for major home projects and I strongly recommend him for everything: from water heater tank replacement to gas lines installations."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"John “Johnny Rocket” & his associate did an amazing job servicing my home in Winchester. From the moment they walked through the door, they exuded a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They were quick to diagnose the issue in my heating system & worked efficiently to fix the issue on the spot. The entire job was complete in under an hour. I needed a new thermostat & John installed one on the spot as well! I highly recommend hiring these two gentleman for any of your plumbing & heating needs. After the job was complete, they even took the time to talk my son & I about how they enjoyed helping residents in the local Winchester Community. (They are both former Winchester High School graduates.) I would give Johnny Rocket 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. Look No Further! -Emily (Long time Winchester Resident)"

"Hello, Yellow Dog Home Services was phenomenal! Jeffrey was able to come the same day, complete an assessment, and define the next steps for the installation of a new hot water heater the following day. He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Yellow Dog is now saved in my iPhone for future project needs! Richard"
