He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Rhino was one of three companies I met with to give an estimate for the painting. Ryan listened to my concerns with the last paint job I had and worked with me to get a good level of comfort for what he would do for me. His estimate was the lowest, but that was not the driving factor for choosing Rhino. I felt comfortable with Ryan, and he communicated often and was patient with me with my many questions. He even offered to power wash my patio, which I appreciated, and took him up on that. The painting went well too. Ryan's crew did a good job power washing to prep the house, and matched the paint colors (house and trim) almost perfectly. After the first coat went on, I had some concerns with some spots that were bubbling and wood that looked like at least one more coat was needed. He relayed my concerns to his crew, and the second coat looked much better. There were still some spots that I felt needed attention, and he very willingly worked with me and got everything looking great. His crew also did a good job cleaning up, and I am very happy with the work that was done. Additionally, due to a minor miscommunication, Ryan gave me an additional discount, which I appreciated very much. I also appreciated his patience with me to address the trouble spots, but I think the house is in much better shape and the house will look good for a good long while."

"Two guys came out , the one doing the roof was very new and didn’t know how to answer any of my questions. The other man was way too vague. I asked when the moss would come off, and he didn’t know. I never even got a receipt. The moss is still on my roof."

"This was the best experience I've ever had with a contract business. From the initial personalized contact to the finish of the job, everybody concerned was very professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, hard-working, and clearly dedicated to doing the best job they could. They even laid down a tarp to collect debris and ran a nail magnet over the entire area to be sure there were no sharp surprises to be found later on. And they were very careful to protect my flower bed beneath the work area. Danny's United and his crews are good at what they do. I trust them. In fact, I trust them enough that I plan to hire them to do the other flat roof on my house."

"The job was mostly completed. John did not respond to our request to repair loose shakes. We paid upfront for maintenance of roof and gutters. Because he didn't appear after several requests, we hired a gutter cleaner and will hire another maintenance company. We paid a pretty price and resent that he has be AWOl."
