"Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! "I had a wall in my basement that was filing up with water from runoff outside. The wall started leaking into my basement. The crew jackhammered a trench along the wall in my basement and installed a drainage pipe, fill and a sump pump. They cemented over the trench and it looks like they were never here. Lots of rain since then and my basement is dry. Timely and professional- highly recommend"

"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
