"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"The Friday before Thanksgiving we discovered large puddles in our laundry room and hallway. My dad, ever the handyman, tried to find the leak but grew distraught when he realized the water was coming from inside the walls and not our washing machine. That night, not wanting to chance my dad trying to fix it or worse, a friend of a friend, I became a member of Angie's list and looked for a reputable plumber nearby open on the weekends.
I called Saturday morning and they arrived same day Saturday afternoon (I told them it wasn't a major leak). They looked everywhere for the leak, moved our washer and dryer, opened up the wall, etc. They were able to isolate it to the hot water and advised us to leave the hot water off at night when the water pressure increased. Sunday they charge double, so we opted to continue on Monday. On Moday, first thing in the morning 8AM  they brought in a specialist with the fancy audio leak detection device seen on their website, which was kinda neat. A manager came by and told us there were a few other issues, but it turned out we just needed a new water heater (ours was over 10 years old, installed by my father and not up to code) and a pressure regulator. We were quoted a bit over 5k for everything, which was around how much we thought it was going to be, so that worked out. They came back on Tuesday at 8 AM and worked all day and restored hot water by 6. Thanksgiving was saved~! Hurray~! 
Service was excellent, everything was up to code. They taped down crate paper on the floors of the places they worked in, replaced the drywall, bolted everything into place, moved a bunch of heavy stuff without help--everything looked great when it was done. We're all pretty impressed and would use Richco again in the future.

"The plumber (-Avi) came on time and was very professional. He took the time to check out the issue and when he found out that it wasn;t a water line break, he recommended to have another professional services (-A/C) to have a look at it. He didn't push for doing any unnecessary repairs. He even explained to me how to find out if the source of the leak is coming from a water line, Most importantly, he respected the homeowner's cultural practice(s) by removing his shoes before going inside the house-BIG bonus points. Definitely will keep you guys in mind for any plumbing needs."
