"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. "Could have gone better....but, Mike always stands behind what he sells and makes it right.  Few things were not as expected and some fencing had to be re-built to match all other fencing preciously installed.  Just seemed like the job that happens on a Monday!  Mike will make it right and it will be pristine as his jobs always are!  Use TurfPro at home and for my business.  Also use TurfPro for snow plowing at my business.  Crews are always very courteous, clean up after done and no radios or swearing when on site!  Woudl recommend. <br />"
