"I originally asked for a bid on taking out old fence and replacing with a new vinyl fence. The quote I got was for just the new fence. In later discussion after I had told them to go ahead I realized that they were not including the removal of the old fence. So they added an amount to cover that which was still less than other bids in total. <br /> They did great work on time as scheduled. Mark was very professional and followed up as promised. The fence looks great and seems very solid. <br /> The reason we decided to get the vinyl fence over a new block one was that a nearby tree root had grown upward and had broken up the block wall. We wanted the vinyl because it could be built with a gap at the bottom that would allow for that upward root movement. The problem is going to be that what was designed to be a three inch gap ends up being only a one inch gap where the root is. Which means we are still going to have to deal with that tree eventually. Would have been good to know that measurement before the job started. <br />"

"Karl did an excellent job with extending my 4' block wall up to 6' with a 2' extension of wrought iron. He had to fabricate individually different sections due to varying heights. He was responsive, organized, on time, and kept in touch. His price was the best of 3 other fence companies I looked at. I highly recommend him."

"My poor review is not about the company's product quality or their service technicians (installation). It is about their office personnel who are unprofessional in regards to providing their clients with necessary and standard paid receipts. I have been trying for five months to get my paid receipts for security doors I bought from them and had installed. I have called their office several times, dating back to October, and each time I am told the receipt will be e-mailed to me that day. Since I have received other e-mails from them I know they have my correct address. I also recently asked one of the service technician to please have their office send me my receipt. That was four days ago as of this review, and still their office will not give me my receipts. It is required to have receipts for warranty work, for a discount on homeowners insurance, for information on the date, model, color, price and taxes paid. I appreciate the value of the doors I received and the professional installation, however, I can not recommend this company due to their unprofessional accounting practices."

"I found Scott and his company AZ Dreamscapes via Angie's List and was impressed with all the prior positive reviews.  And now I can add my 100% positive review also!  This was a top notch experience in every way, from the first phone call requesting an estimate, his thorough written estimate and explanation of the work to be done, etc.  Scott also provided samples of the paver blocks for approval before delivery and installation.  Scott was very prompt and professional.  His lead foreman Tony and crew were very hard workers, thorough, courteous and polite.  They arrived punctual each day and cleaned up daily and at the end of the project.  We had no problems or concerns with leaving our yard for them to work while we ran errands.  Scott would typically come at least once daily to check on how things were going.   Both Scott and Tony were a pleasure to work with, and if we ever need more work done, we would definitely use them again and certainly recommend AZ Dreamscapes!"
